Hubble's Space Telescope Operations Control Center (STOCC) had its ribbon-cutting ceremony at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland on Valentine's Day, 1984, beginning a long-lasting relationship that thrives to this day.
